Dans cet article, nous explorerons les origines, l&#039;\u00e9volution et l&#039;\u00e9tat actuel du vin mousseux roumain, en essayant de souligner son importance dans la culture et l&#039;\u00e9conomie du pays.<\/p>\n<h2>Les origines du vin mousseux roumain<\/h2>\n<p>Le vin mousseux roumain trouve ses origines en 1841, lorsque l&#039;agronome et \u00e9conomiste Ion Ionescu de Brad a produit le premier champagne roumain en Moldavie, inspir\u00e9 par ses \u00e9tudes en France et par ordre du souverain Mihail Sturdza. Ce moment place la Moldavie comme le quatri\u00e8me pays au monde \u00e0 produire du champagne par fermentation naturelle en bouteille.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>\u00c9volution et expansion<\/h2>\n<p>\u00c0 la fin du XIXe si\u00e8cle et dans la premi\u00e8re partie du XXe si\u00e8cle, le vin mousseux devient populaire parmi les citadins roumains. L&#039;\u00e2ge moyen des consommateurs de vins mousseux a diminu\u00e9, ce qui indique une tendance vers des pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences plus jeunes.<\/p>\n<p>L&#039;industrie roumaine des vins mousseux a enregistr\u00e9 une croissance et une \u00e9volution significatives ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, marquant sa pr\u00e9sence sur le march\u00e9 mondial du vin. Selon les donn\u00e9es disponibles, en 2021, les producteurs de vin roumains ont r\u00e9alis\u00e9 un b\u00e9n\u00e9fice net record, d\u00e9passant le seuil de 125 millions de lei. Ce chiffre refl\u00e8te une croissance durable et un int\u00e9r\u00eat accru pour les vins roumains, y compris les vins mousseux.<\/p>\n<p>Il est important de souligner que les 10 premiers producteurs de vin en Roumanie ont g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 un chiffre d&#039;affaires cumul\u00e9 de pr\u00e8s de 1,2 milliard de lei la m\u00eame ann\u00e9e, ce qui repr\u00e9sente 56% du march\u00e9 du vin. Cette statistique souligne la domination d&#039;un nombre relativement restreint d&#039;acteurs majeurs dans l&#039;industrie vinicole roumaine.<\/p>\n<p>La consommation de vin en Roumanie a augment\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re significative apr\u00e8s la pand\u00e9mie, enregistrant une augmentation d&#039;environ 12% avec la r\u00e9ouverture des restaurants et la reprise des \u00e9v\u00e9nements. Malgr\u00e9 cette baisse de production, la consommation de vin mousseux en Roumanie est rest\u00e9e importante, avec plus de 9 millions de bouteilles consomm\u00e9es chaque ann\u00e9e. Il est int\u00e9ressant de noter qu&#039;une part importante de cette consommation a lieu pendant les vacances d&#039;hiver, avec plus d&#039;un quart des bouteilles de vin mousseux et de champagne consomm\u00e9es pendant cette p\u00e9riode.<\/p>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 l&#039;augmentation de la production et de la consommation, la Roumanie importe toujours une plus grande quantit\u00e9 de vin mousseux qu&#039;elle n&#039;en produit, ce qui indique un march\u00e9 avec un potentiel de croissance encore plus grand pour les producteurs locaux. En 2018, les importations de vin mousseux ont d\u00e9pass\u00e9 4,2 millions de litres, tandis que les exportations n&#039;ont atteint que 190 000 litres.<\/p>\n<p>En conclusion, le march\u00e9 roumain des vins mousseux conna\u00eet une \u00e9volution positive, avec un int\u00e9r\u00eat croissant tant au niveau local qu\u2019international.
