Recipe with Jack Daniels
This is a delicious classic sour cocktail with the addition of Jack Daniels Tennessee whiskey.
Ingredients
- 25ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 25ml simple syrup
- 2 splashes of Angostura bitters
- 50ml Jack Daniels Tennessee Whiskey
- 1 egg white
- Ice
- Finely grated lemon peel for garnish
Instructions
- In a cocktail glass, combine the lemon juice, simple syrup, bitters, whiskey and egg white.
- Whisk dry for 30 seconds to foam the egg whites.
- Add ice to shaker and shake again to chill.
- Strain into a whiskey glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with a little grated lemon peel.
