MOJITO – COCKTAIL RECIPE
The popularity of the refreshing Mojito on hot summer days is well deserved. Originally from Cuba, the cocktail is made from:
- 50 ml white rum
- crushed ice
- juice of half a lime
- 25 ml carbonated mineral water
- a few fresh mint leaves (around 12)
- 2 teaspoons of sugar
Method of preparation:
The mint leaves are placed whole, and their flavor is released during the mixing of the ingredients. If the mint taste is too strong for you, you can add various fruit juices (peach, passion fruit, coconut, etc.) to this basic recipe.
