TEQUILA SUNRISE – COCKTAIL RECIPE

The name of this popular long drink is given by its beautiful play of colors, which imitates a sunrise. The drink is prepared from:

• 60 ml of tequila
• 120 ml orange juice
• 15 ml grenadine syrup
• few ice cubes

Method of preparation:

In a tall glass, put the ice cubes, then the tequila and the orange juice. Only then is the grenadine syrup poured in. Being denser, the liquid will drain to the bottom of the glass, giving the well-known degradé of the drink. Be careful to pour the grenadine syrup slowly, with a teaspoon on the edges of the glass.
