EuroBeverage is an independent magazine for people who care about what is in the glass. We write about spirits, wine, beer and zero-proof drinks: how they are made, where they come from, and how to enjoy them well.

How we work
We care about getting things right. Our editorial standards are simple:
- We check facts against reliable sources, and we link to them when that helps you.
- We do not invent quotes, statistics or tasting experiences.
- When we get something wrong, we correct it.

- Some illustrations, including our recipe photographs, are AI-generated, and we say so in the image credit.
