The Bloody Mary balances tomato richness with vodka and fresh lemon. Stir it gently with ice and adjust the hot sauce, celery salt and pepper to your taste.

  • 90 mltomato juice
  • 15 mllemon juicefreshly squeezed
  • 2 dashesWorcestershire sauce
  • to tasteTabasco sauce
  • to tastecelery salt
  • to tasteblack pepper

How to make it

  1. Add vodka, tomato juice, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and seasonings to a mixing glass with ice.

  2. Stir gently and adjust Tabasco, celery salt and pepper to taste.

  3. Pour into a rocks glass without the mixing ice.

  4. Add celery and a lemon wedge if desired.
