The French 75 brings a sparkling finish to a gin sour. Shake the gin, lemon and syrup first, then strain and top gently with Champagne.

How to make it

  1. Shake the gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup with ice.

  2. Strain into a chilled Champagne flute.
