Ingredients

  • 50 mlblanco tequila100% agave
  • 20 mltriple sec
  • 15 mllime juicefreshly squeezed
  • 1 pinchsea saltoptionalfor an optional half-salt rim

How to make it

  1. Chill a coupe and moisten half its rim with lime, then dip that half in sea salt if desired.

  2. Shake the tequila, triple sec and fresh lime juice with ice until well chilled.

  3. Strain into the chilled coupe.
