The Paloma is a refreshing tequila drink with lively grapefruit bubbles. Build it with lime and a pinch of salt over ice, then top with pink grapefruit soda.
Ingredients
- 50 mlblanco tequila100% agave
- 5 mllime juicefreshly squeezed
- 1 pinchsea salt
- 100 mlpink grapefruit sodachilled
- 1 slicelime
How to make it
Pour tequila and fresh lime juice into a highball glass.
Add cubed ice and a pinch of salt.
Fill with pink grapefruit soda and stir gently.
Garnish with a lime slice.
