The Paper Plane is easy to remember: four ingredients in equal measure. Shake them with ice and serve straight up for a bright balance of citrus and amaro.

Ingredients

  • 30 mlbourbon
  • 30 mlAmaro Nonino
  • 30 mlAperol
  • 30 mllemon juicefreshly squeezed

How to make it

  1. Measure equal amounts of bourbon, Amaro Nonino, Aperol and fresh lemon juice into a shaker.

  2. Add ice and shake until well chilled.

  3. Strain into a chilled coupe.
